Bon Bini!

I visit Bonaire frequently and just LOVE everything about the diving, the island, and its people and animals and I will probably be moving there soon! I took this photo a few years ago there up at Washington Park and cannot find an ID for this birdie - not sure what it is and would love to know. He/she is so pretty!
